[dns] unexpected file changes in bind conf files

Not easy to reproduce, but sometimes we experienced unexpected changes in /etc/bind/named.conf.local.

We suppose that execution results can differ, for instance in the order nameservers or zones are processed.

I'll add a | sort in templates to have always the same order and enable optional backup of these config files to analyse the behavior.
